At Bluetile Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in brand new, un-skated condition with original tags and packaging intact; grip tape applied to decks makes them ineligible for return.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any major carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
